session-flow 2.0.2: completed work leaves the sequence
Done items leave SEQUENCE.md while their records remain available. The backlog stays shorter as work is finished.
Changes
+The renderer omits done items from the generated sequence. Their work records, task views and identities stay intact.
+Legacy import still reads completed entries and checks every imported entry against its stored record.
+Repair treats a done item still listed in the sequence as drift; a done record without a sequence row is expected.
