session-flow 2.0.1: migration can start without a work root
Repair can now survey an older backlog before its namespace or work root exists. The plan includes the setup it needs, with no writes until you approve it.
Changes
+The read-only survey works before a work root or namespace has been created, so an older backlog can enter the v2 migration workflow.
+Approved migration includes namespace and Git setup, with setup committed separately from import. An ignored work root keeps its ignore rules and gets local history without creating a remote.
+Import rejects a conflicting namespace, a source that would overwrite the generated sequence, or a survey that changed after approval.
