A repository that session-ops manages: one with a backlog, direction documents and an entry in the registry.
Software, marketing and website repos are all units and use the same intake conventions. The registry keys them by absolute path, which is what every other skill resolves against.
Enrolling one is taking on an oversight liability rather than gaining free throughput, which is why the scale is set by how much attention I have rather than by how many repos exist.
