The scheduled triage and sweep workflows on an enrolled unit, plus the guard that caps their cost and the heartbeat that reports their failure.
The guard counts the day's runs before any model work starts and skips it at the cap, so a runaway loop costs nothing. The heartbeat flags the dashboard on the third consecutive failure, so a silently broken unit does not stay silent.
Unattended work proposes tasks for review. It never implements a task and never publishes release copy.
