The generated backlog view: one line per open work item, with a stable identity and either a breakdown link or a marker that it needs one.

Read it to find work, never to change it. The file is rendered from the stored work items, so an entry typed into it by hand is not registration and is lost at the next render.

Every line carries an identity that is never reused, a priority, and either a link to its breakdown or the marker that it still needs one.

Done, deferred and cancelled items leave this view, while their records and task views remain available. Their identities stay taken.
