Reporters report, callers filter
Review agents label every finding high, medium or low confidence instead of withholding the uncertain ones, and the skill that called them decides what to act on.
I used to instruct them the other way, because telling a colleague to be selective is sound advice. The colleague keeps the judgment that makes it sound, and a model keeps only the disposition to say less.
So the filtering moved up a level, to the caller, and from there to me. A finding you withhold is a finding nobody can check.
