OPERA

A filing framework that keeps PARA's structure and adds an Operations layer for task management, knowledge curation and automation.

OPERA stands for Operations, Projects, Environments, Resources, Archives. It is PARA with one layer added on top and one category renamed: Areas becomes Environments, the thematic contexts a project lives in, such as a coding environment or a design environment.

I built it because my own PARA setup scored badly on exactly two things when I assessed it, AI integration and operational orchestration, and well on everything else. That pointed at extending the framework rather than replacing it.
